A 23-year-old New Jersey woman is thankful to be alive after a road rager ran over her three times after she tried to take a picture of his license plate. She suffered very severe injuries including a broken spine from the vicious attack.
Morgan Scott was standing on the side of the street to take pictures of Vincent Jean’s license plate, when he started to accelerate his vehicle towards her. At first she was able to dodge the car, but as she ran away the second time, she slipped and fell in the grass. This caused Jean to run over her multiple times right in front of someone’s yard.
The incident, which was caught on video by witnesses and surrounding house cameras, shows Scott lying on the ground in pain as people in the neighborhood began to run to her aid after she was ran over. Scott suffered a broken spine, broken legs and ribs, and a severed liver. Her dad had to create a GoFundMe account because the insurance company refused to cover the medical cost because they claimed it was “intentionally inflicted”.
Jean has been charged with first-degree attempted murder and third-degree assault by auto. It has also been revealed that Jean was a huge fan of the video game Grand Theft Auto, which often features people running over others with cars.
