Black Teacher Sues White Student For Harassment, Student Left Banana Near Classroom For Months!

A Black Virginia history teacher has filed a lawsuit against a white tenth-grade male student for harassment after he consistently left a banana near his classroom doorway for months. Joel Mungo, a history teacher at Menchville High School, identified the student after reviewing surveillance footage with school administrators and gave him a chance to explain why he continued the act. ‘I gave the student a chance to come clean. I asked him, ”Hey did you do this?” He said ”No,” he played dumb,  “No idea what you’re talking about.” So I said, “OK, go down to the assistant principal.” I’m the only Black teacher he has. He has six other teachers. No other teachers were involved,’ he explained to WAVY 10.  The teen’s parents were contacted about the incident but they were more upset after their son was suspended for two days.
