Authorities reportedly subdued him with a stun gun late Tuesday, sources told the New York Post, and he was taken to a hospital before being transferred to the Midtown South Precinct, where he was charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing.
The 22-year-old also has 115 charges pending against him in York County, Pennsylvania, including three counts of raping a minor and 99 counts of sexual abuse involving pictures and videos. He faces up to a 1,000 years in prison if convicted on all 115 counts, according to Local 12 News.
On Wednesday, the alleged sex offender was escorted out of the Midtown precinct by police wearing nothing but red and black pajamas bottoms, a black camouflaged zip-up jacket, and black socks, but no shoes.
